Why Kindred Timber?
Kindred Timber is a one-man wooodshop in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This allows me to put in careful attention to detail as I craft your next piece of furniture. The poet John Keats once said “A thing of beauty is a joy forever.” At Kindred Timber, my goal is to make furniture of beauty. Each design is visually stunning and built to last so your children and grandchildren can appreciate it for years to come.
The process starts with you. Once you’re ready to take your furniture to the next level, a consultation allows me to learn your vision and specifications for the project. I then create a 3D computer model, get the green light from you and get to work.
I handpick furniture-grade wood for your furniture from a local dealer who sustainably harvests the lumber.
Each piece of furniture I build takes many hours of meticulous craftsmanship from start to finish.
Please allow a lead time of 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity and scale of the piece.
